In December 2015, we invited the Sichuan and Chongqing Spicy Hot Pot restaurant that started the trend for Double-Flavored Hot Pot to work in Taiwan with us for one month. We follow the ancient Chongqing method and continue with the authentic Sichuan-style spicy hot pot recipe, producing a thick broth with the right level of spiciness, smooth and fragrant. Cooked with fresh local vegetables, the dish gives an enduring flavor, spicy in a mildly numbing way.
